Our History
45 Years!
On 7 May 2023, we celebrated 45 years as a Co-operating Parish. Guests from far and wide joined with the local congregation in a celebration service on Sunday morning. Lunch followed the service.

Our History
Although our parish was born in 1978 when the Methodist and Presbyterian parishes in the town came together to worship as a single congregation, the two churches had a long and important role to play in the town going back more than 100 years earlier.
This photo, taken on 7 May 2023, shows four previous Ministers who served at St. David's - Doris Elphick, Alice Hill, Trevor Bennett, and Scott Wishart.
World Day of Prayer
This photo shows a group of ladies in their "mother hubbard" dresses with items from Vanuatu - the country which prepared the World Day of Prayer Service.
